Shipping & Warranty Policy

Replica Lightsabers will take 3-5 days for processing, product assembly, product checks before dispatching. Our delivery partners will send you a text message with your expected delivery date and time. Once your order has been dispatched you can expect your order to arrive anywhere from 5-7 depending on where you are in the world.

If concerned about potential wait times, contact us and we can inform you in advance of the expected wait time for your chosen saber. 

We are not responsible for any hold up at customs or custom duties that need to be paid in your home country. However from our experience it is very rare that customers have to pay anything or experience any hold up. 

It is important for us that your experience with us is a five star experience so If your delivery experience falls outside of our policy guidelines we will do our best to resolve it. 

Our delivery service is free of charge world-wide on selected items and if you are in anyway unhappy with your order you are welcome to a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding this. 

Cancellations

You are welcome to request a cancellation before the end of the processing time outlined. However sometimes orders process faster so contact us regarding your order and we will advise you on if your order can be cancelled or if it is already in the delivery pipeline. If the order is with our delivery partner but can be returned there will be a restocking fee of £20 deductible from your full refund amount. If we do not need to pay for your items to be recalled then you will not need to pay this fee and will receive a full refund. 

Warranty

All our products come with a 1 year standard warranty. More often than not any problems can be solved by removing the battery and re-introducing it again. This breaks the circuit and resets the saber. Please do not try to take the saber apart yourself if you have a problem.  Speak with us and we will send you an assemble / dissemble video of your saber so you can do this safely. Once you have reset the battery, if it is still not working we will further investigate the issue.
