GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase, great customer service is our main priority. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND, which are subject to the below terms:

Product that are bought from our online store can be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

If you would like to return an item make sure it is as received in new condition and packed carefully and as it was packed when you received it. Then send it to 11 Auchenglen Road, Braidwood, Scotland, ML8 5PH 

 

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the items within 30 days of receiving your items. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product is not damaged or has signs of use.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. Before testing your saber, we suggest being very gentle with the blade lock in screws initially to avoid creating signs of use on the blade. If you damage the blade, but the saber is working, you may be charged for a replacement blade. This cost would come off your total refund.

Please sent the items back to 11 Auchenglen Road, Braidwood, ML8 5PH, Scotland. Pack them sensibly and securely, and send it recorded delivery. We will reimburse your delivery costs after we receive, inspect and approve the return.
