We provide your customer information to our courier – FedEx and DHL so they can deliver your goods and contact you regarding your delivery. We also provide your information to our suppliers. The supply of this data to them is only for our supply chain to remain efficient. They will not contact you or sell your data. 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Information regarding your order is stored here. We do not store your credit card details. These are stored with the payment gateway provider you choose when purchasing your products.
